Each October, the Black Hills Powwow has attracted some of the most well-known singers and dancers from across the United states and canada. for 29 years, Champion singers and dancers have electrified the crowds at the Rushmore Civic Center making it one of South Dakota’s premiere events. This album release is unique because of the double cd. The first CD contains original style singing. The second CD features songs with words that talk about various things such as battles, the dances and the people. Each year this is an album that captures the spirit and emotions of the Black Hills Powwow. It has become a favorite time of the year for many powwow singers, dancers and spectators. Enjoy!
