"I See You" is Aya's very first release. As an admirer of Joe Sample, she delivers a soulful melodic smooth jazz track. Aya is a classically trained pianist that plays a wide variety of music, such as Jazz, Funk, R&B, Soul, Pop, Etc. Aya is a graduate of Berklee School of Music in Boston. Featured are a few Jazz Crusader alumni's, Ndugu Chancler on drums and Craig T Cooper producer and guitarist. Also on this track is world renown bassist Keith Rouster and supreme saxophonist Jaman Laws, which just happens to be the son of Living Legend Saxophonist Ronnie Laws. Aya has traveled the world and has performed with various legendary R&B, Funk Jazz, Neo Soul groups, such as: Loose Ends, LTD, Slave, The Delphonic, George Clinton, Brides Of Funkenstien, just to name a few. Aya is currently in the studio recording her first CD along with long time friend producer, Craig T Cooper. Stay tuned for this classic piece of Aya's work.
