From 2004 to 2013, the music composer Do Bao has completed and released the trio collection of songwriter albums, including: Canh Cung 1, Canh Cung 2 (also known as Thoi Gian De Yeu) and Canh Cung 3 (also known as Chuyen Cua Mat Troi – Chuyen Cua Chung Ta). These "Canh Cung” albums by Do Bao always draw much attention and become very popular in Vietnam because they were thoroughly and carefully composed with such outstanding romance and meditation. Furthermore, the songs in these albums always encompass different original ideas or special stories as well as they are arranged in a smooth and harmonious music environment to appropriately reflect the modern life in Vietnam. The first CD - Canh Cung 1 (2004) was recorded with various famous singers in Vietnam and this album was nominated as the annual best album of Vietnam. Then, Canh Cung 2 album (2008) was also contributed by other famous Vietnamese singers and won the best album of Cong Hien Music Award. The last CD in this collection - Canh Cung 3 (2013) was produced with cooperation by Ha Tran, who sung all the songs in this album. Do Bao was born in 1978 and graduated from Music Composition Department of Vietnam National Academy of Music. At present, Do Bao works as the head of Department of Musicology, Composition and Conducting for Military University of Culture and Arts.
