When Sunshine Coast reggae six-piece, Bearfoot were ready to put together their latest single, the choice was clear; pack up the van, head to Tanuki Lounge in Brisbane's West End, and get producer Paul Bromley to work his magic. The result? A monster of a reggae track that bounces along, smiling while flipping the bird at the establishment. 'Impolite' solidifies Bearfoot's position firmly in Australian psychedelic reggae, with swirling layers of keys, trumpet and dubby guitar over the steadfast groove. Following on from their debut single, 'Babylon' back in February, 'Impolite' is an older track that was re-worked and moulded into a new beast of a song, a song that from the first chopped guitar chord through to the tripped-out change and horn melody, has you firmly in its grips. 'Impolite' is the next taste of their upcoming, as yet untitled, debut EP, which will see Bearfoot work with a number of producers to capture their sound, along with remixes from DJ/Producer Jesswah.
