JMA are a band from Ireland, based in the South East of the country. This is their 2nd album containing 12 all original tracks from the pen of Michael Egan. The band consists of James and Anne Meyler, a husband and wife duo who along with Michael Egan are the original members of JMA. On this album they were joined by Mick O'Brien on bass and Keith Devereux on drums. Their many musical influences would include the likes of Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Leonard Cohen and Lou Reed. They have played extensively around Ireland and continue to do so. The tracks on this album contain strong lyrics, great vocals with tight harmonies combined with great guitar work to create a sound that is unique to JMA.
