All Clear, Kid! is a two piece band comprised of brothers, Joey and Jovanni Balistreri, from San Diego, California. Their infatuation with music started off very young for both of them. Joey, a self taught singer, and Jovanni, a self taught drummer, had strong ambitions on making music and performing at an early age. Growing up with influences like, Linkin Park, Death Cab For Cutie, Metallica, Coldplay, and many others, they found a sound that sparked their interest and excitement. With their wide range of musical taste and influences, it has filtered through to their own personal music. Although going to shows for years, after a specific show in 2013, they decided to start a project that would now be known as, All Clear, Kid!. After a half year of trial and error and constant writing, they finally found the sound they were looking for. With the help of their Uncle/Producer, James Kinney, they were able to take the time needed to sit and write exactly what they wanted. Their music is modern with an influential mix of their upbringing musical taste, while sticking true to what they feel is the "All Clear, Kid! sound". The sounds and lyrics are emotionally driven from the brother's personal and perspective situations. While battling depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts themselves, they saw the reoccurring epidemic amongst their friends and loved ones. This gave them the ability to write what they see and feel, first hand. After two years of hard work, patience, and raw emotions, they have finished their first album, entitled "I Am" which will be available Early November.
