This Life is a unique, fiery EP that maintains a genuine driving and emotional sound. Sometimes even regarded as slightly chaotic in it's big building crescendos, This Life Pt. 1 and Pt. 2 fit well together and are fine accomplishments for the label man with many big things on the horizon in 2012. The sound is indescribable and unique and ignites a sleeping creative mind with colours & memories - hints of the classic melodic Avus, Microtrauma or Fairmont style but often tending towards Berghain inspired Techno roots with similarities to Dettmann or even Legowelt. The Azzo Remix provides us with a nicely flowing & more relaxed contrast & completes the package. Some great festival possibilities here...
