Moppa Elliott, bassist and leader of the jazz ensemble, "Mostly Other People Do the Killing" presents his first solo double-bass album. The pieces presented in this recording were recorded on February 16, 2015 at St. Stephen's Pro Cathedral in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Each improvisation is a series of disparate musical ideas that transition rapidly in an attempt to disrupt the linear progression of thematic development.
