Me And My Shadow are Andy Ussery (synth, bass, production) and Randy Carrier (vocals, guitar, production). They create electronically driven rock n' roll, combining influences from such heavy hitters as Depeche Mode, Deadsy, Placebo, Deftones, .endofstory, Strapping Young Lad, and countless others. Coming from Rock and Metal backgrounds, the band formed with the unique focus of doing a project more along electronic, industrial and dystopian lines while still keeping a foot planted in the music they grew up playing. The duo formed in 2013 and released their first record that year, entitled Mechanism.
