Leon Scott has a rich musical background beginning as a child having a love for singing and playing the piano. He has served as musician for a number of churches. He came from a musical family. He and his brothers had a quartet singing group in the late 50's and early 60's. They were very successful during their time even appearing on a programs with the Swanee Quintet, Shirley Caesar, and James Cleveland. In the 80's he formed a group called "The Deliverance Singers". After the groups disbanded, God began to deal with him about releasing new songs given to him...thus leading to him releasing this solo project. His goal is to minister the word of God in music, and reach the lost for Jesus Christ.
