As a DJ, I have realised that I like the moments between tracks, the transitions, the transformations the most. That's when something new happens, something that often surprises me. I'm a musician, and since this is the first time I'm playing instruments (the CDJs) that I've really mastered, I'm even good enough to improvise... Most people think that being a DJ is just playing records or mixing them, if that was the case I wouldn't have been interested in being a producer and a musician, no, it's really different. When you get involved you can create completely new worlds. On the one hand it's a hell of a lot of fun and on the other hand it's a huge input when you're producing music. ‘Love that there' is definitely a result of such an experience. NHOAH
