Your boy B-Down was raised in Phoenix, Az. and Sacramento, Ca., and moved to Reno Nv. four years ago. I was first inspired to rap by my brother who had read some of my poetry and thought that it flowed like a rap song. Personally I don’t like to categorize my music, since I am a poet and artist first. I write and have written different styles of music for different styles of artists. Whenever I get the inspiration I write regardless of the style.

I have been on a mission to make a name for myself in this rap game for the last three years by winning rap battles and making mix tapes, and finally I believe that I am on my way. I hooked up with my producer Spyke Da Mike a little over a year ago and it seems like everything has been falling into place every since. This is my first studio album and if I must say so it is HOT. Believe me when I say that I’m just getting started. Whether it is making independent music or recording for a major label I promise to keep making the hot s__t.
