We play Country/Americana/Honky Tonk music that is different from the rest. With a strong fiddle presence, and deep lyrics and melodies, we've carving out our own spot in Alternative Country Music.

True to their Rocky Mountain roots, the Bad Intentions are one of the hardest working bands around. College rodeo teammates Kalyn Beasley and Jason Mills used to pack their guitars along with their gear bags and play for their buddies after the rodeos. Soon they were playing gigs in bars and restaurants and realized something was missing from their sound. Fiddle player Ross Brown joined the group shortly thereafter, and they haven't looked back since. Fresh back from recording their debut record in Nashville, the Bad Intentions have played hundreds of shows and traveled thousands of miles. They have entertained crowds of two to two thousand at honky-tonks, weddings, rodeos, and street dances. They have opened shows for artists the likes of David Allan Coe and Bart Crow Band, and have appeared at northwestern music festivals such as Red Ants Pants Music Festival and Headwaters Country Jam. With a focus on songwriting and musical integrity, the music that they create tells the stories of life, love and freedom in the West.
