A maestro with a voice as smooth as silk, Tony Wilkins releases his highly anticipated debut solo EP, “He’s Great”. Tony was a member of the extraordinary team of musicians who performed and wrote the hits for LA Mass Choir in the 90’s. A Southern California native, Tony has been performing, writing, and arranging music professionally for 30 years. His talent has led him to perform for Jesse Jackson, Desmond Tutu, and travel the world. He currently serves as the Director of Music for the Mount Zion Baptist Church in Los Angeles, under the pastoral leadership of the Pastor Edward Hill II. In addition, Tony is the worship leader for Full Gospel Baptist Church in Compton, CA, under the pastoral leadership of the Pastor Reginald C. Payne, and for the anointed Dr. Michelle Corral of Breath of the Spirit Ministries International, Inc. For over 10 years, Tony served as the Director of Music at Full Harvest International Church, under the pastoral leadership of Bishop Clarence E. McClendon As a songwriter, composing such songs as: “Love Lifted Me”, “That’s when you Blessed Me”, and the 2008 radio hit “Grace”, from the CD “Grace” by Bishop TD Jakes and Soweto Gospel Choir of South Africa, which won two Stellar Awards, Tony impacted a new era in Gospel Music. Tony is the founder, and President of "Networx international", a music production company. Networx International provides services for staffing musicians and singers at churches, civic, corporate, and social events worldwide. Over the years, Tony has worked with some of the following musicians, singers, and recording artists: Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aikens, Ruben Studdard, Fantasia, Lionel Richie, Stanley Randolph – Drummer for Stevie Wonder, Laythan Armor – Musical Director for Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Michael Bereal – Music Director for West Angeles Church of God in Christ, and Javad Day – Music Producer for Keisha Cole and Chaka Khan. Tony recently completed producing “Hallelujah Anyhow”, the CD for Arise Christian Center’s First Lady, Gina Taylor, and has produced and co-written songs for Tony Award Nominee, Lita Gaithers Owens’ gospel EP – “In The Beauty Of Holiness/The Naomi Project”.
