From the Artist The songs in this cd collection were written from 1988 - 2005. Some of the songs were written back in the Philippines and the rest here in the US. The songs were inspired by the actual events that happened in our lives and the broken love relationships of our friends. About the Artist Quintana is made up of pop duo sisters Pinky Quintana and Hershey Quintana. The sisters grew up in Butuan City, Philippines. Hershey immigrated to California in 1991 and Pinky in 1995. Pinky lived in Fairfield, a city halfway between San Francisco and Sacramento, for the past 11 years while Hershey lived in San Diego for the past 15 years. The sisters both have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. They recently moved to Hollywood in pursuit of a dream - to hear their songs played on the radio. Pinky wrote, composed and sang all the songs in the CD except for “You Don’t Have To Say You’re Sorry” which Hershey sang. Pinky is a licensed nursing home administrator and works in a skilled nursing facility in Hollywood. Hershey works as a senior accountant for a movie entertainment company in Beverly Hills. They reside in the Miracle Mile district in Los Angeles, CA. Product Description Hoping for a Miracle is a collection of the songwriter's life experiences put into songs.
