The Beatknocks is composed of lyricists Hennessy and Sol, who began their respective careers in music over 10 years ago. They formed their first hip hop group in 2001 and have since released a total of 5 albums and appeared on many other projects. The two decided to link up and form the Beatknocks in 2013. Spittin' Images will be the first official project the two have released as a group. Their music has had placement on popular cable TV stations such as Fox sports, as well as websites, videos, mixtapes, and popular video games by Softonic Gaming. Their acappellas appear on the website CCmixter.org, where DJs and producers have used and remixed their vocals over 1200 times and continue to remix and mashup the duo's bars.
