This album started about 9 months ago, immediately after I finished Reflections. Looking at all the songs, I think it expresses my growth as a singer/songwriter, and as a musician, and at my craft of recording. It also shows the breadth of my musical interests. One of the cool things about being a young musician finding your 'sound', is that you are going to be all over the map for a while until you find it, and this album is no different. There's Pop and Folk-Rock, there's Choral and Acoustic Guitar, there's Classic Rock and Rock Instrumental. There are soft sweet ballads and gooey pop stuff. I hope you enjoy it all! Thanks to the ever in-demand Feather (all the way from Australia) for doing the duet with me on Time Is An Adventure. Thanks to Chi-Chi for the amazing vocals on Chant of Immortality, which is my biggest internet success with over 50k views to date. Her vocals make it shine! Thanks to Giggly Maria for the backing vocals on Flutter. She heard the song, insisting on helping out with it, and it turned out great! Thanks to Paul D. Engler (aka Relative1pitch), for the simply stunning violin work on Emerald Eyes, Chasing Fate and Thought I'd Let You Know. While I have a violin, and I can make it make something approximating 'music', Paul makes these songs so heartfelt with his tender violin.
