Shikawr is a music project about a journey of homecoming, about all that we can't leave behind but we strangely do, a city lost and found, faces lost and never found, and things in between.

This music project started from nowhere, after a rush of words came back to the lyricist-composer Saptarshi (Apu) after a hibernation of over a decade. Started off as a blog of lyrics, the first few lyrics turned on to songs which grew into a number of them. He approached long time friend Sahana who emotionally connected with the project and started the journey together soon to be joined by Samantak and Gorki.
