Brooklyn bred MC & Film Producer Loone Don, known to family members as Darnell H., was just a neighborhood MC who was said to do it for fun and as a form of venting. His ability to ride any beat and freestyle for hours led him to studios to become better at his craft. Loone Don’s first official single, “Yo Shortaay”, done by Lion Fox Entertainment, Shake Dua, became top 20 on http://www.mp3.com/ back in 2003. He has done performances at the Williamsburg Public House (Brooklyn NY), BRIC Studios (Brooklyn NY), Saffire Lounge (NY, NY), Remote Lounge (NY, NY), Jorden’s Bar & Grill (New Jersey), Club T-NY, Club Mannys (Bronx), Bowery Poetry Lounge (NY, NY), Grassroots Festival (Ithaca NY), & Inkwells Jazz and Comedy Café (Brooklyn NY).In 2005 Mr. Loone D. found a new love after taking a course for Certification in Basic Field/Non-Linear Editing at Brooklyn Community Access Television Facilities. Darnell (Loone D.) and Co-Founder (FuzzDogg) developed a Hip Hop Variety show titled Get Ryte TV, which consist of interviews , footage, & events done by big and small names in today’s entertainment industry (Beyonce ,B.G., Ron Browz ,Keith Murray, Maino ,Inasyrkal, All Is One, IStandard , Gotham Magazine, MBusi & many more) & also Promotes all events done by the FDC Crew like our monthly Open Mic thrown in Brooklyn NY with our Dj Ace of Spades. That is aired on BCAT CH.59 (Time Warner), CH.69 (Cablevision), and Pegasys Access Television for Tompkins County New York under the name “Grindmode TV”.
