Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Cubita Da Poet is the embodiment of today's Latin-American. As a 1st Generation Cuban-American using both the Spanish and English languages in her lyrics, she bridges the gap between both worlds through her soul bending Hip Hop Music. Adding her touch to the Latin-American culture, she represents a whole generation of people who love their latin roots and embrace their American Pride.

Cubita Da Poet uses her talent to breakdown barriers created by society to separate the LGBT and Heterosexual communities. Though she identifies as a Lesbian she has never allowed that label to constrain her in any way, shape or form. Her music is for everyone no matter their race, language, gender or faith.

Cubita Da Poet's welcoming spirit and love for all types of people, music and art, makes her a rare but special talent in the world of Hip Hop today.
