Bob Elliott, who produced this album, is a man who loves music fanatically. He listens beyond all barriers to music from all over the world and from all spans of time. His ear has been tuned by his love to create as near to perfect sounds as there are possible. His gifts are ubiquitous on this album, playing, composing, arranging, singing, engineering and producing to make my simple songs into something that I know you're going to love. Also accompanying me on this album are Matt Perez on percussion - he always seems to know exactly how to interpret the beats in my head - Jay Quibodeaux plays a few tasty bass and guitar tracks - Jay and I have known each other a long time and are totally musical compadres - and the extremely talented Sean Hathorn, the third member of the original Pawns adding some bass as well as Tommy Elliott with some very moody guitar on "The Long Awaited Return." An album is more than a dozen or so snapshots of life at any given time, it's a statement of musical philosophy - these are the vibes I consider good and right at this point in my life. These songs are from my soul. They feel good on my ears and they're going to feel good on yours, too. They are written with love, and you're going to feel it.
