The econd album from Chico, CA-based four piece Cold Blue Mountain, 'Old Blood' takes the array of influences hinted at on the band's 2012 self-titled debut and merges them into a unified sound. The band expands it's sound to include strings, organ, piano, and percussion, but still relies heavily on crushing guitar riffs offset by hauntingly melodic passages.
