In each of our lives there are moments of transition, moments of genuine change. While we are not literally "reborn" or "remade, we do recognize that having gone through them, we are never quite the same.

As these moments celebrate life, its joy and its pain, we have tried to reflect that in the music itself. Thus, we thought it especially appropriate to record all the instrumentals live.
