'Pirogeno' is a Spanish word derived from the English word 'pyrogen'. A pyrogen is a product of a bacterium that causes fever in our body as a defense mechanism to maintain homeostasis, a normal state. In this song, I describe metaphorically how I'll be the pyrogen that will cause her fever all night, if you know what I mean.
