"Deceived" is a collaboration by 2 people brought together through a chance meeting after a cruel rejection by X factor judges following a disastrous and publicly humiliating audition (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQfeAHsmFaY).

Rose was determined to prove the judges wrong and set out to find a voice and style that would allow her to express her emotions. Jonathan and Rose worked hard together for weeks in the studio experimenting with different approaches and trying to perfect the arrangements and vocal performances.
