Let It Out (Let It All Hang Out) is a song that was first released in 1967, performed by “The Hombres”, an American garage rock band.

Within the group, both the vocals and electronic organ were played by B.B. Cunningham Jr.

In 1974, Cunningham, who was also the author of the song, re-recorded and released it as a single under his own name. The song is known for the pronounced sneeze-like sound heard at the beginning, which was more emphasized compared to the original version.

Now, in 2023, the song makes a return in a new remix version curated by DJ Marco Fratty (FPI Project).
