J.B. wrote this song in summer of 2014 after wanting to challenge himself to rap about a topic he never indulged in. He typed the lyrics on his iPhone on the subway ride to the studio and recorded the song in Stadium Red Studios in Harlem. Song was recorded by and mixed by his engineer Mike Kuzoian.
