T.C. (Todd) Ortberg Bio T.C. (Todd) Ortberg is a melodic multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. This album is focused primarily on acoustic guitar grooves and catchy melodies. The songs he has created here are a unique style of smooth instrumental rock and jazz centered on the acoustic guitar and percussion.....but hey, its not elevator music. Its cool. Bio information: Todd is from the Minneapolis, Minnesota music scene. He has been playing throughout the Midwest over the last 20 years. He is a very experienced professional stage performer that performs solo and with two bands in Minneapolis, and also maintains a career in the technology world as well. His jazz-rock quartet is called InsideOut (www.insideoutjazz.com) and his rock group is called The Jack Pine Savages (www.jackpinesavages.com) He also released an independent pop album in the early 90\'s, and has been a featured artist for several college radio stations programs. The CD is also being sold independently at shows and through several nature-oriented shops and retail outlets. This CD is a high quality recording engineered and produced by Brian Bart, faculty member at Minneapolis\' acclaimed Music Technology Institute Recording Department and winner of several Minnesota Music Awards for his productions. Todd is also a venture capitalist with Coral Capital Management, and he specializing in media and communications startup companies.
