Both Nathanael and Gabriel were in the Navy when they began producing tracks together in experimental genres of music. Gabe was stationed in Yokosuka, Japan, and Nate was a midshipmen at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The songs were largely experimental at first, but after some of the songs reached half a million views on youtube, the brothers decided it was time to take it to the next level. Thus IMmortal was born. Gabriel Christian Brown (Black Gryph0n) is a U.S. Navy Veteran who spent the last few years touring the Eastern Hemisphere as lead singer for the 7th Fleet Band. He currently makes his living as an actor, voice actor, and freelance artist in Vancouver, Canada. His hobbies include SCUBA Diving, Sky Diving, Rock Climbing, Skiing, Art and computer animation, Parkour, and basically doing anything outdoors. He also loves animals and writing in the third person. Nathanael Raymond Brown (Baasik) is a recent U.S. Naval Academy graduate currently attending flight school as a pilot in Pensacola Florida. He has been classically trained since age 9, plays 5 instruments expertly, and hopes to continue increasing his musical arsenal. The release of this album marks his 3rd year of electronic music production, 2nd year of sound engineering, and 1st year of being a U.S. Naval Officer. Life’s good!
