Back in 2008, musician Geoff Smith put forth a new side project called Ringtonefeeder.com, in which he set out to create original songs, tones, and sounds as ringtones for the iPhone. Not content just to release clips of existing songs, Geoff decided to create ringtones from scratch in forms such as parody, pop-rock ditties, comedic material, and even traditional phone sounds. Everything is done by Geoff, from the writing, and singing (apart from some family members joining in on the fun) instruments, and production. Ringtonefeeder.com is a service that actually releases at least two new ringtones a week for its subscribers.
