Melodic tech house shaper Moe Danger teams up with Belgian producer Bigasti for the fifth installment of Kuukou, bringing forth a ticking techno banger and three reworks. Green Bullet reveals itself as a steady-paced groove underlined by scintillated percussion adding up to a seemingly ascending melody. Warped synths accentuate the lingering tension and create a second focal point that envelops the listener throughout the entire track. Patrick Ebert adds a solid dose of dark Berlin techno vibes in his own revamp. Starting off with a stripped down bassline peppered with wavy synths and subdued chops, the remix comes in the form of a raw, energy-driven number with late-night appeal. Rico Puestel amps up the distortion factor, swiftly deconstructing the groove only to rebuild it in an aptly titled ‘Deflecting A Bullet Remix’ with an escalating, dance-igniting melody as fuse. Doing a double take, Puestel’s second reinterpretation falls onto the temperate side to deliver warm vibes on ‘Streams So Green’. A tribal percussion-centric melody infused with monosynths takes the lead as jagged mechanical chops make for a compelling sound narrative.
