Madeleine Cocolas is an Australian born, Seattle based, classically trained composer, musician and sound designer. Commissioned by the Northwest Film Forum in Seattle as part of their Puget Soundtrack series, Madeleine composed and performed a soundtrack to Hitchcock's classic film, The Birds. This album features a suite of tracks from her original soundtrack (tracks 1 - 8), as well as a full length film soundtrack (track 9) which can be played alongside the film The Birds. Track 9 should be started at the very beginning of the film (with the fade in of the Universal Pictures logo) and will provide a musical soundtrack throughout the movie.
