Blessthefall is an American metalcore band from Phoenix, Arizona, signed to Fearless Records. The band was founded in 2003 by guitarist Mike Frisby, drummer Matt Traynor, and bassist Jared Warth. Their debut album, His Last Walk, with original vocalist Craig Mabbitt, was released April 10, 2007. Their second studio album, Witness, with current vocalist Beau Bokan, was released October 6, 2009. Their third studio album, Awakening, was released on October 4, 2011. The band stated that writing of new material for their fourth studio album had begun by October 4, 2012 The recording of the next album started on April 19, 2013, and it could be released around August/September 2013. Joey Sturgis confirmed that he will produce their next album. On January 26, 2013 it was announced that Vic Fuentes of Pierce the Veil was working on new music with the band. They finished recording their fourth album on May 21, 2013. On January 18, 2013 the band was announced as part of Warped Tour 2013 alongside Motion City Soundtrack, Big D and the Kids Table, Five Knives, Itch, Echosmith and Goldhouse. According to Fearless Records, their fourth album, titled Hollow Bodies will be released on August 20. Blessthefall have announced that they will release their new album, Hollow Bodies on August 20, 2013 via Fearless Records. The album features guest appearances from LIGHTS, Jake Luhrs of August Burns Red Jesse Barnett of Stick To Your Guns.
