简介：Zhege is a band based in Beijing, merging various styles to create almost satirical music that is somewhere between R&B, Rock and Britpop. Although their eclectic taste can be recognised through a slight variation in sound, the songs are linked by a theme of irony and self mockery. Like life, music is sometimes funny, sometimes sad, sometimes bliss and other times agony.This is the idea that Zhege seeks to express, through their amusingly sarcastic commentary of the world that they perceive around them. Their debut album' Easternistion', is a mix of moods and styles, brought together by this message, producing something you might call 'comforting but twisted pop music'.
