His goal is to collaborate with musicians from all over the world, just like guitarist Fefo Forconi (Almamegretta, Max Gazzé, Piero Pelù), the historic band Africa Unite, the singer-songwriter Irene Grandi, e Gianluca Venier (Litfiba, Malfunk), to name just a few. He currently works with the roots singer and producer Jungle King. Teacher Mike, born of Nigerian parents and emigrated to the United States as a teenager, he began his musical career as a DJ in several clubs in Boston and New York. After moving to Italy, debuted as the voice of the reggae group Cool Rebels before he put together Ruff Selectors with which he has published four Lps: Professy (1992), Burning (1999),Once upon a time (2014) and Root in my soul (2017). From 2008 to 2013 he signed a contract with Sony Music that made him tour Europe, Africa and America to promote his music and participate under pseudonym to various albums. He also has numerous EPs and singles, collaborations and importante life performance with legends like The Wailers, Burning Spear, Buju Banton and Beenie Man, among many.
