简介：I'm Ionika and I'm an electronic dance music producer, EDM for short. I like to add the acoustic piano to many of my tracks and you can tell if you listen to them. On the other hand, I like to create mainly Dubstep, or at least try to implement some sort of growl-like bass into all my tracks to keep my style going. I'm an Ableton Live 9 user and love it's efficiency, speed, and how easy it is to create tracks. I don't only make Dubstep, I also make other genres including Trap, Electro, House, Electronica, Glitch Hop, etc. I'm diverse in the EDM world and hope to continue down my path for music.

Coming into the EDM scene at age 11, Edward Cai, better known as Ionika, has hit it hard in the Dubstep scene ever since Receiving almost countless requests for collaborations and promotions, Ionika has become a known artist around the Internet. Signed to Unreal Sound Records around 2013, Ionika's tracks have proven to be a huge success and help to the label. Receiving support from countless professional artists who care about quality more than quality, they have encouraged Ionika to move forward with his passion for Dubstep.

Ionika's style of Dubstep is usually combined with a unique blend of the acoustic piano, heavy, monstrous growls and mind-blowing screeches. This style of Dubstep is unique because it combines two instruments of the complete opposite purpose, yet Ionika is able to achieve this style and people are able to enjoy it as well. The influence of piano was from Ionika's vast knowledge of the instrument. He has been playing for ten years and is still continuing composing and covering popular songs. His most influential artist, or band, is Barely Alive. Their style of EDM consists of heavy kick drums and pumping basslines to keep the crowd going. They have inspired Ionika to design sounds like them, as well as produce a similar style.

All in all, Ionika has gotten this far thanks to his fans' support, and hopes that they will continue to enjoy his music and support him. From a small town in Watchung, NJ, Ionika is a unique artist with a style that is unique to his mind only.
