In his second piano solo release Eduardo Rojas brings the giants of Latin American art music to life. Classical compositions of Heitor Villa-Lobos, Alberto E. Ginastera, Manuel M. Ponce and Ernesto Lecuona are presented next to Ástor Piazzolla's incomparable Tangos and the ubiquitous Latin mainstay "Joropo" by Moisés Moleiro. As a special treat for fans of Latin piano music Mr. Rojas presents his own arrangements of Colombian folk-anthems "La Gata Golosa" and the album's title track "Pueblito Viejo".
