This collection of compositions has been a joy to write and record. When I was in my teens half of my compositions were simply piano pieces that would carry me into daydreams and ethereal realms. Without the pressure of coming up with lyrics I could just float away. As a departure from my usual vocal music that I’ve marketed, here is my first full length solo piano collection I’ve poured my heart and soul into. Enjoy… Tracks 4 through 8 (Rising Dawn, Majestic, Song for the Children, Dancing with Flowers, Bringer of Peace) were written as a “thank you” to my dear friend, Michael Armenia, for his help and support during a crucial time in my life that allowed me to take a huge leap of faith into the next realm of existence. My life has blossomed since that time. How does one truly thank someone for that? Write them a five part series of music. Track 12 is for Aris, my trapezing bundle of sunshine!
