About Venti Petrov Is an acclaimed dancer, choreographer and teacher. A graduate of the Sofia Choreographic Institute, the official school of the National Ballet of Bulgaria. Venti Petrov teaches, performs and creates original ballets. He has toured the United States as a free lance artist, as well as a principal and soloist company member of American Ballet Companies: Tulsa Ballet, Omaha Ballet Theater, Suzanne Farrell Ballet, Arlington Ballet… He danced with stars and principal dancers from the American and European Companies: Bolshoi Ballet, Kirov Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet, American Ballet Theater, New York City Ballet... In partnership with Svetlana Caton-Noble, Venti Petrov has developed a graded curriculum in classical ballet and a performing company, the Lumière Ballet. Petrov, choreographs original works for the aspiring ballet artists. He passes his knowledge teaching the advanced levels and offers to the students the rare opportunity to perform with him as well as be partnered by him. The artistic partnership of Venti Petrov and Svetlana Caton-Noble gives the students a unique educational opportunity and a sound learning foundation. Apart from a full technical development for the profession, students inevitably gain higher standing in academics and receive a good preparation for life in general.
