Once upon a time at the Deadbeat Hotel, we wanted to get a more ambient sound so I taped a maraca to Walter's strumming hand and moved the mike in closer. I knew we were on to something.

This album is a memento dedicated to Bruce and Adam Kerr, our departed friends.
