简介
Travis Bowman is an acoustic guitarist/harp guitarist from Little Rock, AR. First heavily influenced by blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan, Travis turned to fingerstyle after a high school teacher suggested he learn "Little Martha" by Duane Allman. From there he found the music of Leo Kottke, Michael Hedges, Andy McKee, Antoine Dufour, Stephen Bennett, and Masa Sumide. Travis won Ernie Ball's Acoustic Prodigy Contest in 2014, and released his debut album "Warmth and Green Paper" that same year. Recently Travis' EP "Superhero" was recorded at NRG Studios and was produced by legendary YouTube sensation Andy McKee. Travis is endorsed by Ernie Ball Aluminum Bronze strings. "It was a pleasure working with Travis in the studio and I think he has a promising future in music!" - Andy McKee "You can really hear the effort and passion Travis puts into his music. It all comes together beautifully on ‘Superhero’." - Craig D'Andrea "Listening to Travis play takes you on a little adventure. While his hands are flying all over the fretboard one's imagination is captured by the lovely melodies and the awesome groove. Absolutely love it." - Jacky Bastek
