With more than one million views on social media, Travis Bowman, a popular acoustic/harp guitarist from Little Rock, Arkansas came on the scene in 2014 when he won the national Ernie Ball Acoustic Prodigy guitar competition. Shortly thereafter, legendary guitarist and YouTube sensation, Andy McKee, produced Travis' EP, "Superhero," a follow-up to his 2014 debut album, "Warmth and Green Paper." He draws influence from Leo Kottke, Michael Hedges, Andy McKee, Antoine Dufour, Stephen Bennett, and Masa Sumide. He is a labeled artist on the popular independent record label, FRETMONKEY RECORDS. He has been featured online in Guitar Player Magazine, and will appear in the much-anticipated Fingerstyle Documentary. In addition, he has appeared in several publications related to being a labeled artist on FretMonkey Records including Chitarra Acustica, Percussive Secrets, and an upcoming feature in Acoustic Magazine (UK). He tours frequently throughout the United States, has played the Acoustic Nation Stage at NAMM, and more recently completed a tour in China on behalf of Mayson Guitars. Bowman holds a number of endorsements including Mayson Guitars, Stonebridge Guitars, Dyer Harp Guitars, Eastman Guitars, Ernie Ball Strings, Sunburst Gear / Elite Acoustics Engineering, and Gruv Gear. Travis has shared the stage with renowned guitarists such as Andy McKee, Ewan Dobson, Craig D'Andrea, Adrian Bellue, and Tom Shinness. He is regarded as one of the most promising up-and-coming fingerstyle musicians in the fingerstyle community.
