Michael Shelley, DJ at influential radio station WFMU (Jersey City, NJ), decided in 2012 to put together a fund-raising CD featuring his favorite bands. The idea was for these bands to cover classics of the 1970s while adding a modern twist on each tune. Lo and behold, “Super Hits of the Seventies!” was born. Splitsville was invited to cover the Bee Gees’ classic “How Deep Is Your Love”, a song that the band has played live for years. This track has been remastered for this special single release.
