Heather Lee uses creative writing and music, both the process and outcome, as a means of spiritual exploration, healing, expression, and discovery and hopes that her listeners and readers find those things for themselves in the sharing of her work. She writes poetry, prose, prayer, and song that attempt to capture the intensity of human emotion and spirit in reflective, honest, and challenging ways. She is inspired by Scripture, other spiritual teachings and writings, meditation, each piece of the natural world, and each moment of life when she is paying attention. She lives in Wauwatosa, WI with her husband, children, and dogs.
