This single is from the album 'Slave in a Stone.' It’s not the shortest song on the album, but it’s definitely the fastest. I suppose transience should feel rushed. The final chord of the progression arrives before it’s expected, just like certain endings and beginnings occur in life without warning. I knew this would be the single before I even started planning the album. The very first time I played it live several people came up to me and said they needed to have a recorded copy. That was a long time ago; I hope it’s been worth the wait.
