The Fake Plastic Guns album was first conjured up when the lead singer/guitarist Ryan Spitzel wrote a poem.

The poem, simply put, reflects on our relationships with the people around us and how we guard ourselves or try to protect others with a 'fake plastic gun.' Every song on the album reflects the concept of human interrelationships with other and with God.
