Becci Nethery Becci was named the winner of the Australian Country Music "Peoples Choice Award" for "Most Promising Future Star" 2016 and "The Brumby Award" for "Female Vocalist of the Year" 2015 at the Tamworth Country Music Festival in 2016. Becci new album "Beautiful Life" was released in July 2016. Becci’s third single "Your Hand Slips In To Mine" has recently been to number 1 in Tasmania and was in the top 25 of the Australian country Tracks Chart, and her next single will be "Spread A Little Love Around". These singles follow Becci’s hits "I Wrote This One For You" and "Livin' In A Love Song", from her debut EP "Livin’ in a love song". Both were number 1 hits on Tasmania’s Country Chart and reached #14 and #9 respectively on the Australian Country Tracks Top 40 Charts during 2015. Becci was born on 6th March 1997 in Chillagoe, the tiny remote Cape York town of 250 people. She currently lives in Sydney, where she’s well advanced in her Academy of Music and Performing Arts (AMPA) Bachelor of Music Degree (Performance). Becci still takes every opportunity to head home to her beloved FNQ whenever possible.
