Horace Swaby (June 21 1954 - May 18, 1999), better known as Augustus Pablo, took the Melodica to new heights in reggae music. He made hit after hit from the early seventies on. Java, East Of The River Nile, King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown, Pablo Satta are just a few of his many hits. This keyboard genius also produced some big names in the reggae business, Jacob Miller, The Heptones, Fred Locks, Horace Andy, Dillinger, I-Roy and the immortal Hugh Mundel, to name a few.
