Sydney ......Olympic City was produced as an E.P. to help celebrate the Sydney Olympic Games of 2000. It was distributed to all international Television Networks, who provided sports coverage of the games back to their home countries in September 2000. It was featured behind television coverage in and around Sydney during the games and has gone on to receive radio airplay in many countries across Europe and Asia. 'Sydney You're so Beautiful' is a tribute song to the world's best city, first written for Australia's bi-centenary in 1988. 'Excellence from Every Land' was a welcome to all Olympic athletes and a recognition of the many years of training sacrifice and dedication that they have endured to be the best they can be. 'Great Southern Land'...Australia's song for the Millennium, is a cover of the classic Icehouse hit and 'This is Australia' is a remake of Gagajang's Aussie Anthem. All four songs combine to give an excellent representation of Australia, and in particular Sydney at the turn of the century.
