Fine By Me is an Acoustic Guitar driven song, setting a more somber tone, accompanied by a light Electric Guitar melody and Drums. The song is about the feeling of being trapped inside your own head, and the feeling of invisibility when you're alone. As the music progresses there is a build in discontent, and concludes with a tone that is anything but mellow.

A bit out of the typical, upbeat feel of Wacko Fest's music, Fine By Me has a more pronounced sense of emotion, as well as a wider expression of vocal capability.
